AWS Discovery China

I see that AWS Discovery in China is not officially supported, but we are looking into the level of effort it would take to set up AWS Discovery for China. Is there any documentation on how the IAM end in AWS is set up for this. Is it similar to how GovCloud is configured?

There must be some customers who will be doing same.
