Azure Cloud Discovery - Exception message - Unknown property 'account_id' on class 'class java.util.

We are using Azure Cloud Discovery on a Zurich system. We have successfully set up Azure authentication using a service principal and have created a management group with the id "mg-firstonsite-root". We create a cloud service account using this management group and tried to Refresh Sub Accounts and the job will run until cancelled.
We set MID server configuration parameter "mid.log.level" to "debug" and tried again. In the logs, we can see that all 18 subcriptions in the management group are pulled:

The max object size reached the maximum limit of [10000]. To adjust this use the mid property mid.sm.discolog.max_object_size.Note, this is after increasing the max to 10k from 5k.
More concerning though is this set of exceptions which seems to point to a problem with the probes themselves:

Exception message - Unknown property 'account_id' on class 'class java.util.ArrayList'These exceptions continue for several pages, one for each attribute it tries to use.
Has anyone seen this before?
