Hi,

Anyone did ServiceNow Service Graph connector for Azure.

We have token successful (oAuth 2.0 Client credentials)  but loading of data is not . Cloud team says they have given read permission for Microsoft Graph API.

But we get either 400 or 403 error. (It means AUthorization ) but again team says they have given as below.

Any leads please will be helpful.

Hi @Nisha30 ,

It seems ,  Log Analytics Data.Read Delegated Permissions missing at Azure end.

Check this article : Azure Service Graph Connector Version 1.12 - ServiceNow Community

HI @Tanushree Maiti  so initial we are doing just for HARDWARE CONNECTION and later on SOFTWARE

IF not wrong log analytics is needed when software information is pulled.

Thanks

Hi @Nisha30 ,

Log Analytics Reader: Allows users to view all monitoring data and settings within the assigned scope, including running log queries.

I personally did not work on this specific integration. I generally depend on Integration documentation during implementing any integration.

Hi @Nisha30

Look for the entry for this Service graph connector in "Application Registry", you might need to update these details in auth scope too.
