Service Mapping Roles

Hello Community,

I am beginning a Service Mapping implementation and would like some guidance on the roles required for different stakeholders:

1. Dev/Ops Teams – Roles needed to use service maps effectively for troubleshooting and impact assessments.

2. Service (Product) Owner – Roles required to manage and maintain changes to services once they are built.

Your expert insights and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
