Hello,
there isn't a best practice around what the top attributes would be on form . But the thumb rule around the attributes to be shown on the form are the ones that the teams would be using the most.
For example:
environment, install status, operational status, etc..

When loading CMDB data, always go with WWD (what will discovery do), which means you can look at patterns for these databases from ServiceNow and load those attributes which are discovered by pattern, while not every attribute needs to be loaded, but it should give you a fair idea of what is discovered and can be used as a starting point.

CMDB Class CI Attributes list is Driven from Your Use case which will consume this data. So it may happen that Attribute A is important for my environment but May not for Your environment as we both are dealing own use cases.
Now What discovery populates which you need to Load - Either You can do reverse engineering and check Pattern Codes or Look for Service Now Docs Per Class which discovery Populates.
