Can anyone explain how to integrate SCOM with ServiceNow Connector in the Event Management process?

When I test the connector instance. I am getting this below error message. Can anyone help me on this.

 

EVENTS
-------------------------------------------------------------
Failed to connect to SCOM on test connector. Response is null

Make Sure SCOM User Id and Password is Working

from Mid Server Host --> SCOM is reachable

I have a doubt, Can you please confirm?

 

Do we need to create SCOM userID and Password in ServiceNow or SCOM?

 

We have created below in ServiceNow:

1. Created connector instance for SCOM

2. Created basic-auth credentials for SCOM in ServiceNow

3. Added SCOM Host IP address and Mid server in connector instance

 

Do I miss anything in the SCOM and ServiceNow configuration?
