Hi Revathi

Please check the following existing pre-execution scripts and add if  "Next Generation Palo Alto Firewall" pattern is missing in the pattern/s list.

1. SNMP Hosts - Pre Launch

2. Fetch Hostname Formatting Attribute

Most Probable Cause: Missing firewall patterns in the following pre-execution scripts.

1. SNMP Hosts - Pre Launch
2. Fetch Hostname Formatting Attributes

If "Next Generation Palo Alto Firewall" pattern is not added in these pre-execution scripts follow the below steps.
Filter navigator-> pre post processing -> open the below pre-execution scripts -> check pattern list -> cloick on unlock patterns ->add Next Generation Palo Alto Firewall patern .

After syncing with MidServer, run the discovery

Still, the issue is not resolved please raise a case with our support team.

Hi Veeru,

As per your instructions,  I have created a pattern called "Pal alto." Still getting the same issue(Please see the attached screen shot). I am new to ITOM. Please let me know if I miss anything here.
