Can anyone help me know why getting the error " Type cmdb_ci_firewall_device_palo_alto cannot be created since there are no attributes defined? Debug pattern to understand why no attributes have been assigned."

Hi Revathi
Please check the following existing pre-execution scripts and add if "Next Generation Palo Alto Firewall" pattern is missing in the pattern/s list.
1. SNMP Hosts - Pre Launch
2. Fetch Hostname Formatting Attribute
Thanks,
veeru

Most Probable Cause: Missing firewall patterns in the following pre-execution scripts.
1. SNMP Hosts - Pre Launch
2. Fetch Hostname Formatting Attributes
If "Next Generation Palo Alto Firewall" pattern is not added in these pre-execution scripts follow the below steps.
Filter navigator-> pre post processing -> open the below pre-execution scripts -> check pattern list -> cloick on unlock patterns ->add Next Generation Palo Alto Firewall patern .
After syncing with MidServer, run the discovery
Still, the issue is not resolved please raise a case with our support team.
