Team,
There is dependency view available in CMDB as part of horizontal discovery and it display the relationship between CIs. In service map of any application, we can see 'dependency view' by navigating through CIs presence in Service map. Both dependency view and service map are in different view or not in single view/window. Now, my question is 'can we combine both dependency view and service map into single view which may give more granular way about application CIs and its related components. Please help me the way if its really possible to do.
Thanks
Sethu

Service Mapping is a logical map of the CIs which shows a map of the CI's associated with a Business Service whereas dependency view is mostly dependent on the CI Relationships table and shows the connections between the CIs.
You may be able to customize and show the extra relationships from the Service Maps on the dependency view but it would involve a lot of effort but it will inturn slow down the rendering as the records in the CI Relationships table will increase by a good percentage.
