Cannot choose size of Azure vm in Cloud Service Catalog

Hi all,

I'm trying to create Azure vm by Servicenow Cloud Service Catalog.

I already set up every steps for SCS,

But cannot choose size of VMs.

Anyone solved this issue?

Hi @Hank Woo  i see you are running old cloud portal - why are you not using the employee center that's the way forward.

for sizes - have you run cloud discovery? Please run this, this populates the hardware types needed for this dropdown as it is a refernce column.

I didn't realize I'm using old cloud portal..Now I'm using employee center. Thanks!

By the way, after discovering cloud again, still cannot choose VM size.

Any advise?

Ok nice that you could quickly move to emp center.

it is possible that the region you chose has not had discovery run - please try with other regions where your discovery was run.

I've repeated discovery possible regions, but it's the same.
