How to Map CI's form attached excel sheet to Affected Ci tab on change record?

Hello All,

I just want to know how i can add particular class ci to change request in affected ci tab from the attached excel sheet?
 Suppose i have two column in attached excel sheet CI and Class , How i can fetch attached data to related list tab.

anyone help me on this!!!

You Can use filter on basis of Name of CI from ur XLS ..then u can add.

name  IS ONE OF  <YOUR NAME LIST FROM XLS> Hope Below SS Can be of ur help and i understood ur requirement.

what kind of steps you want to be automated let me know accordingly i will respond.

Also in above SS once u have CI list ADD ALL Button can add all in one go. 

You can also upload data in task_ci table which satisfies below conditions to come up in  a given CI.

Refer ur instance for same for above relationship record which brings the affected CIs in CR or INC etc.
