Hi Members,
I am new to Service Now Discovery so please spare my mistakes and take me as New Learner.
As we now that regarding Database catalog, MS sQL - dicovered by default.
Please let me know do Service Now also discover catalog for Postgres & Oracle DB and if not than what can done in this case.

We do not do these out of the box.. but you can add additional probes and sensors to your process classifiers to return that data (if it can be found), just like we do for MSSQL

Is it possible to add a totally new type of probe? I would think for Oracle catalogs/schemas on UNIX you would need a SQL probe. This sounds like something that is feasible but probably undesired from an effort/supportability perspective (Would need to create a probe that speaks SQL, SQL credentials, new probes and sensors,..)

Hey Doug is this still true in Jakarta? There are Oracle Catalog tables now.
