CMDB/CSDM data foundation dashboards RACI/Access rights

Hello,

To access these dashbaords, you at least need the roles : admin, itil_admin or asset.

ServiceNow has 4 personas/roles for the CMDB governance :

  • process owne
  • config manager [sn_cmdb_admin]
  • cmdb admin [sn_cmdb_admin] and [itil]
  • CI analyst/CI owner


none of the (3) roles above have admin, itil_admin or asset :

  • who in the organisation is supposed to look at these metrics, the platform admin? 
  • would you give more access to the Config Manager to be able to see the metrics and coordinate with the platform admin for remediation?

looking for best practice advice on RACI/access rights for this activity
