CMDB Query Builder for IP address

Hi,

We would like to use CMDB Query Builder, so I wants to build query for his requirement.

We have list of IP address for the hosts, so we are trying to pull all CIs associated for those IP address along with manager names. 

I dont know how to build the query, but I have knowledge on CMDB query builder how to use.

Thanks for kind of reply.

I have tried above query but I don't have relationships to make the query ( IP address to Network Adapter). please let pass if any idea works for this.
