Configure event trigger for continuous spike metric

Hi All,

I would like to know if there is a way to trigger event to Event Management when there is continuous CPU/Disk/Mem usage for 20mins.

At the moment, Check definition contains Interval attribute(300secs) which runs-on every interval and validates if threshold is met. However, Check definition doesn't validate (for continuous) lets say 20mins before triggering an event.

Note: Agent Client Collector is the agent installed at the remote system.

Thanks

Avinash

Even if the event is received by Service Now , You Can configure THRESHOLD in Event Rule when to Create an ALERT.

Let say 5 times in 20 minutes then only Create an ALERT.
