I am trying to connect a database CI to an existing Tag Based Service map. The database table is cmdb_ci_cloud_database.
Can anyone suggest how it is to be done.
Thanks

Hi,
You can create a new tag for any CI in CMDB, even for another Application Service
Go to cmdb_key_value and create a new tag/tags, using Key/value (s) combination you use for the existing Tag Based service.
Then recalculate the service (or wait until scheduled job run) and the new CI will appear on the map.

...or you can modify cmdb_ci_cloud_database form (Configure>related list), select Tag and save, then tags will be visible and can be added from the form. Same table cmdb_key_value just different way to access.
