Service Mapping Error Message

Dear Community,

I hope you can help me I am getting this error message on my Service Mapping entry points that I attemtp to map application services with.

"No pattern has an Identification Section defined to use the given entry point type: cmdb_ci_endpoint_http"

I have never encountered an error like this before, I am not trying to map a custom application here in fact this is for "Confluence" where I entered the URL for the service and made sure I have all the correct credentials etc and the system still cannot pickup a normal HTTPS entry point going through port 443.

I have updated the patterns and deplouyed them to the correct mid servers the mid servers have access to the host servers.

What am I missing?

Hi @CharlesGriff 

Have you checked opening the respective pattern and whether the identification sections with the above entrypoint are enabled or not?

Some times when service mapping plugin if not installed properly, it might not detect those patterns with entrypoints and hence this kind of error might happen.

Try repairing the plugin once again and let me know. Add screenshots next time post you try these above.

Application service mapping using classicService Mapping. 
Map application services based on suggestions in configurable workspace.
Fix application service errors in bulk.
Fix errors in individual application service maps.
