I would like to create a separate role that would have limited access to the Incident / Change / Problem / Task table (user with this role will see tickets created by users that belongs to the same company or tickets that have been assigned to his queue). As this will be a separate role, I will not utilize itil license. Can you advise if creating such a role will generate any licensing cost?

Hi,
I think there is some limit as well on custom role. it is better to check with the ServiceNow team on this. they would guide you properly.
