Data Migration using Integration HUB ETL

Hi All,

We are working on CMDB data migration from one ServiceNow instance (Source - Client A) to another ServiceNow instance (Target - Client B). We have planned to use the Integration Hub ETL for the data migration, but we are facing some challenges. Can you please check on the points below and let us know if you have encountered this kind of  issues and suggest best possible solutions.

Challenges:

1. We can move the independent classes (Windows Server) without any issues using the Integration Hub ETL.
2. When we try to move the dependent class (Web Server), we receive an error – “Missing dependency, NO_IDENTIFIER_KEYS_GENERATED.”
3. Client A is using a custom relationship, while Client B is using the OOB ServiceNow suggested relationship.
4. Since Client A is using the custom relationships, we need to change the current relationship types in the target instance.
5. When we try to add a relationship between one parent (Windows server) and multiple child classes (Web Server, Database), only one relationship record is created in the instance (Windows to Webserver is created) and the other records are ignored (Windows to Database is ignored).

   Please suggest any solution for the above issue.
