Deactivate Social QA Knowledge Base

Hello,

As a Knowledge role user, I will be able to only see one knowledge base in the Knowledge Base field in the knowledge record and that knowledge base will not be Social QA. I have deactivated Social QA in KB, but when I click on create new article in the Knowledge Base i could see the Social QA.

Is there a way without deleting it in Knowledge Base, can hide in referenced field of artice ?

You need to edit the knowledge ref qualifiers Script Include and add a condition that only active Knowledge bases be included in that reference qualifier.

I could see this in my reference field. can you help me how to check only active KB to include.


if i choose simple then i can directly set active is true. But if i want to include it in script include am not aware of how to include it.

I guess it is because you are admin. Open the script include: KnowledgeRefQualifiers and in that function: getCanContributeKBs.



Edit your code here, for admins all bases are visible. For other users, only active bases are available.
