Developer instance error: Error MessageAction Aborted: Password value cannot be saved due to technic

Hello,

I have this error when I try to insert credentials or try a simple discovery on my developer instance:

"Error Message

Action Aborted: Password value cannot be saved due to technical issue. Please see KB1296997 for help."

I checked the "Key Management Framework Health", but the status are all "Checking".

Is there a solution about this issue?

I am getting the same error when trying to configure WIZ CC integration in PROD. Works fine in lower environments. Error message mentions a KB but it is of no use.
