Difference Between Credential and Credential-less discovery.

I have few question related to the credential less discovery:

1. What are the field's difference between Credential and Credential-less discovery?

2. Can we discover the SNMP device like IP Router and Stack Switches through credential less discovery?

Here goes the quick difference to refer

Credential-based Discovery
1. Produces richer details
2. Time consuming obtaining credentials
3. Produces errors when incorrect or missing
4. Prevents Service Maps from completing if they are incorrect or missing
5. Delays the discovery process

Credential-less Discovery
1. Used as an interim method for Discovery
2. Allows for partial Cl information gathering via NMAP
3. Supports the creation and modification of host and application CIs before credentials are created
4. Data gathering is limited to Windows and Linux
