Hello,
We have an application that runs on Virtual Appliances running WiNG Based OS. The Wing5 platform manages all wireless access points and their configurations for retail environments.
Has anyone discovered WiNG OSs. Is it even possible to discover those?

Hi -- A google search revealed Wing platform is from ExtremeNetworks. True? If so, I built a process to discover ExtremeNetworks APs via the AP controller. I used John Frandsen's Aruba update set here
The device models were something like NX9600* and/or RFS7000*. I believe some vendor specific MIBS had to be loaded too..
Hope this helps?

Yes, it is from Extreme Networks. Will try to test it out.
Thank you, Dave.

Hi @Ragini BG I think I had to make some minor tweaks to the pattern... minor stuff like the OID's or something that was being queried. Sorry, I don't recall specifics from a couple years ago. But... I found a some saved update sets that I saved specifically for ExtremeNetwork AP controller discovery - attached here. If you want... use at your own risk 🙂
Hope this helps? - Dave
