Hello All
Does somebody already discovered a LB form Kemp Technologies?
A customer has that stuff and till now we are not yet able to simply touch it by SNMP credential test
The LB's manager is quite sensible thus we avoid to querying him too frequently checks..
FW are supposed open for SNMP & SSH between the mid and the box (a request was done for it)
V1/V2 Community name is defined and has transmitted to us.
But shazaam returns no contact for SNMP
=> Guess there is an ACL on the box, does someone can confirm it to me
=>Or the fw is not correctly open, but we have no console access to the MID RDP to try some snmp tools => Is there a way to have a command prompt of the MID in an instance? (as we can do that for a discovered host)... mmh I can try it from the debug of a pattern querying the mid itself...)
Thanks for any advice/testimony

From mid-server try to reach the LB. Try to ping and see if it works. For Windows, we try to establish a connection from mid-server to find out if the credentials are working or not. Check if any firewall is blocking the connection from mid to the target device.
