discovery_admin role

Hi All,

I am trying to discover my test server using servicenow discovery.

For that I need to assign discovery_admin role to the user running MID server. I am using serviecnow demo instance.

But I am not able to assign the discovery_admin role to the user I have created ( its not showing in the list).

Can any one help like how to assign the discover_admin role to user.

I was able to assign the discovery_admin role yesterday.

But today after clean-up, its not comming

Ohh, Can you point me to the instance where you are able to see the discovery plugin installed.

Hi Sunny,

I just checked it from backend and this plugin is not activated in the demo instance.

This is the plugin "Discovery(com.snc.discovery)" once activated you will have the role "discovery_admin" role.

P.S: I just checked in the demo003 and this plugin is not activated.
