Import Set - IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Receiving and error: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection when I try to test load 20 records for an import set connection to JDBC Oracle Data Source.

Mid server was down, after bringing it back up the error went away.
