Discovery credentials validated on DEV but failed authentication on Test

Hello All,

I came across an issue where the Windows discovery credentials that are configured on DEV are getting validated post-credential test. But the same credentials when imported to TST instance, are not getting validated. We are using the same MID server having the same host and IP address. 

Can anyone suggest how can I troubleshoot this?

@Shalaka Vaze if you are using same mid server, you should not have this problem at call.

Double check your credentials and the mid-server configurations.

Hello Shalak,
To add on the comment from RaghaSh I would like to ask is the mid-server in the same network and are you scanning the same devices? 

If there is any difference on this level than take into consideration firewall issues/network segments etc.
