Can't validate this step. Instructions could use some work. It's nuts how many different places you have to go to get things configured in Service Now just to get it to work. Yikes! See attached doc for all my configurations and issues I've seen. I read through the posts and tried some of there different configurations to see if they would work but not helping. The Pattern Sync Update to Midserver never finishes so unsure if that is the cause. Just frustrated, maybe break this one up to make it easier to understand and complete the lab. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is the only thing holding me up from completing.
Followed all required steps but it's just not updating the fields for record iTunes@itom-df-windows
Ok as soon as I changed these Saved/Published. Then Patterned Synced with Mid Server and waited for it to finish (took forever) then did a new Discovery it updated the application record with new fields. Ahhh finally done, thanks.
