Discovery Home Error Page and Pattern Log Page are Blank

The Discovery Home - Errors by Category page is loading blank. See screenshot below:

The Pattern Log Page is loading blank. Not all of the logs are showing this way, only some are. See screenshot below:

Any help on how to fix this is appreciated!

If you are on SanDiego, you need Patch 5 applied.  This is link ServiceNow Support sent me for resolution of case I entered earlier:

 This issue is been related with PBR PRB1556574. I would like also wanted to share KB KB0789792.

We just finished applying Patch 5 to our Prod environment and it is working as expected now.
