Discovery is not updating the Model ID and Manufacturer

Hello Experts,

I have discovered UPS device but Model ID and Manufacturer fields are empty. 

When i checked in ECC queue and SNMP OID's input payload, model ID is already there. I am not understanding why discovery is not updating that data.

Please help me....

Is there possibly a manufacturer MIB that you need to load into your instance?

It looks like SNMP-OID of your device is not added into SNMP System OIDs table in ServiceNow. You need to manually add the SNMP OID into SNMP System OIDs table & provide the Manufacturer & Model ID value. After that when you run the discovery, it will populate the manufacturer &  model id on your CI.

You can get the system OID in ECC Queue or description field of your CI.
