Discovery Source From ACC - V

Hi team,

Recently, I have been conducting discovery using "ACC-V," but in the CMDB record, the discovery source is displayed as "ACC-visibility," whereas the discovery source for the software installation field shows "ServiceNow." However, I did not perform any agentless discovery; I only used ACC-V for this process. How can I verify or resolve this discrepancy?

Yes it is Expected Behaviour for software installations the table was changed to cmdb_sam_sw_install when sam plugin enabled .

And Discovery source wouldn't be ACC- VISIBILITY for software installation even if data comes through agent because to avoid the Duplicate records if the data comes from discovery as well for the reason application built in such a way discovery source mapped to Servicenow.
