Duplicate records is getting created for one of the ip switches while auto discovery.
Example: there 4 to 5 records showing created by specific same mid server in ServiceNow discovery. Both are having same Host Name but only one is showing ip address while other is showing empty field also showing like duplicates of that particular Server which is showing IP address
May I know how and where to start and fix this duplicate entry creation issue in CMDB.
