I've created a relationship and it shows the records only if matches certain field within the parent , the relationship is working perfectly but it is not showing the "Edit" button on the top of the related list.I personalize--->List control and Enable the edit button. But still it is not showing up the button.
Is it possible to enable the edit button if i created the related list via the relationship?

I opened an incident regarding this to service-now and i got the answer......(below)

Concerning Edit on an Relationship... Those arbitrary relationships are defined with adhoc queries that you manufacturer to come up with a list of records. What does a slush bucket even mean in that situation? You move them to the right side and what is suppose to happen? Change all the media records so that client number and matter number are the same as the parent.... and that would only be because your relationship definition is doing an equal type query which is certainly not a restriction.

How did you "create a relationship?" By making a reference-type field, or by defining a custom query?

If the latter, within context, "Edit" would refer to editing the query, not a field where a relationship is tracked.

If you need a related list, create a reference field on the table, like INC -> PRB (Problem ID on the Incident table makes a related list available on problem which is editable).

I tried to create a reference field on the form Ticket. so it will show the Problem ID on the Ticket form. But nothing is showing up. I also make sure the problem number is display is check. I still trying to figure it out.

Thank you!
