End user devices discovery

Hi all,

Please let me know how to discover end user devices. I know we can do it using Agent collector but pls let me know the exact prerequisites and what could be the easiest way to install agents on end user machines if client doesn't have SCCM/Nextthink?.

Traditional discovery approach can discover the MAC and windows, you need not go for agent for these. May be for Ipad there must be a different possibility but other two discovery should work.
