Event Management : CI binding issue for Cluster Resource class

Hi All, 

I'm trying to create event rule to bound alerts to CI from "Cluster Resource" class but its throwing error as "The binding rule does not match any identification rule, modify the relevant rule"

Attached is event rule which i have configured, Identification criteria for both "Cluster Resource" and container level "Cluster" class are OOB but binding is not working as expected. 

Please let me know if anyone encountered with similar issue or if I'm missing anything here.

Can you float ur sample event data here.

Also Cluster Resource CI table (cmdb_ci_cluster_resource) have values ?

Yes cmdb_ci_cluster_resource table has values, for sample data i'm just trying to pass cluster resource and cluster values in Node and Resource.

cluster id is set in manual attributes.
