Suggest that you install the AI Ops Experience app which will include the Integration Launchpad which will provide you with a list of prebuilt integrations with various applications.
If the application you want to integrate with is not on the list, then you configure a custom inbound integration using the event management API using the guided setup which is also explained in the blog below.
