Event Management- jobs delay

Hi All,
I'm new to Servicenow.
Alert is created for an event, but when try to click on the link for respective event I can see a tab opening with the message record not found . The alert is created because the event management jobs are delay in seconds. 
I have to check in em_event,em_alert and sys_trigger tables. But couldn't figure out the issue for the delay.
Could anyone please help me with this. Thanks in advance.

On a Given Open ALERT Are you able to see Events as below?

Thanks for your answer. But I couldn't find the respective event. 
The alert has been auto closed , because there is no impact. My question is why all the event related jobs are delayed daily which leads to create an event and alert . I have verified that the alert has an link for event when I try to open it, I couldn't.
error getting  as, Record not found.

ServiceNow receives events (em_event) and Event Rules will create an alert (em_alert).
Do you get/have many events in a short period of time, that could cause a "traffic jam"?
