Event Management

Event Management doesn't appear in the application menu.
What plugin do I need?

it's this Event Management plugin (com.glideapp.itom.snac)

Request Event Management 

1) log in to developer portal and click on manage instance>> activate plugins>> select event management.

are you checking in PDI? If yes then not sure

If this is for your customer instance then it has to be activated by ServiceNow person
