Hello All,
I have configured REST API and shared the URL to the third parties. They are accessing certificates by default, but for every 2 weeks or 10 days certificate is getting expired.(Note: we have not done any import on certificates, by default Servicenow providing certificates).
What is the expiry date for certificate in servicenow by default.?
Thanks,
Arjun.

Hi Arjun,
please check the article below:
https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0563633
ServiceNow will increase the cadence at which our SSL certificate is rotated (currently every 6 months), and will continue to provide 14-day notification of this activity. This is an industry best practice, enables ServiceNow to provide improved security for our customers, and allows us to react more quickly to the changing threat landscape.
If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct so that others with the same question in the future can find it quickly and that it gets removed from the Unanswered list.
Thank you
Cheers
