Field values are showing Empty

Hello All,

I have created the query using the CMDB query Builder as below and run it successfully .I have added the required columns as well .

But the issue when I asked the end user to validate the same they are saying version and Class fields are empty for them .

end user means user with no license / ITIL Permission?

You can check their permissions , impersonate and add some permissions . It will resolve.

Sorry for the wrong selection of words . It's not the end user .

One of the CMDB user who created the report using the CMDB query Builder having roles as app_service_admin, itsm not able to see the records for below highlighted field

In CI CSP@CSTDB - you have values populated for CLass,Version and Vendor?
