After converting a business service CI to an Application Service CI, when I go to Service Mapping > Services > Application Services, and then open the form, I do NOT see section to add entry points. Screen shot attached

You should just be able to change the class directly by showing the Class column on a list, double clicking the cell, and change it to Mapped Application Service.  It might be worth going through the complete column list to make sure there is nothing else wrong with your data from doing the conversion.

Tip: when using the Conversion tool there is a checkbox that asks you if you want to sync your relationships.  That is a deceiving label for that checkbox.  It is checked by default, and it will cause your service to be a Calculated Application Service.  If you want to use the Service Mapping functionality, you'll need to opt not keep the relationships in sync, and instead use the Service Mapping functionality to maintain your service.  It you uncheck this box it will instead convert your service to a Mapped Application Service.

If you used the Conversion tool that may have resulted in a Calculated Application Service.  For you to be able to add the entry points I believe you need to have this be a Mapped Application Service.

Yes, that is exactly what I did, on the Business Service form, there is button to "Convert to Application Service". How can I switch it to "Mapped Application Service"? Also, this was just the first of many more to do, so if I was not supposed to click the "Convert" button, how to I switch from Business Service to Mapped Application Service. I'm at Rome if it matters. Thanks.

Wow....thanks for that explanation of the checkbox!! It is very confusing and does not reflect the true meaning. Thank you very much for you quick and complete responses!!!! I will make sure to UNCHECK that, as it is checked by default.
