We are also having problem discovering Cisco ASA Firewall as well. Our instance is still running on New York. Originally we were not able to discover these but after importing the MIB files and adding the OIDs for the respective models, we are able to discover them. However, for some reason, on discovering them, the CI's name is coming as "Admin" for all the Cisco Firewalls that we are discovering.
We were told by ServiceNow that, there is a separate paid plugin for discovering Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls. However, that is required only for discovering them via Pattern based discovery. But, in our instance we are using Probe-based discovery and we are able to discover Palo Alto Firewalls with no issues but unable to discover Cisco ASA Firewalls correctly.
Any help is really appreciated!!
Thanks in advance!!
