I published a report (when I was still trying figure out what I was doing), but I did not write down the link. Is there a way to find the link?

There is an inactive module "Published Reports" in the Reports application. If you activate it, you'll see a list of all your published reports there. You can right-click one in the list to get its URL.

Iam sorry i was wrong.
When you click publish it shows the url something like
Use the following URL for the public report:https://instance.service-now.com/sys_report_display.do?sysparm_report_id=462d3e227f00000100903b2a7c2765da
So for getting the sys_id,if you put your cursor on the report link(view/run) it will show sys_id on the bottom.
