Hi,

In the patterns (windows-os desktops and Windows -OS Servers) which I added extensions yesterday . Right click on the UI action -->Synchronise with MidServers

This you can try.

Thanks,
Ashutosh

Hi,

What error it gives you and what information you are trying to fetch?

Do you want to store this on CI or some other table in CMDB?

Thanks,
Ashutosh

Hi,

Try something like this:

I see the error in your question now.

Thanks,
Ashutosh

Hi Ashutosh,

yesterday when I was trying it was LastLoggedOnUser and it gave me results also it updated CMDB with the update in the custom field which i created.

Today I am trying another two keys in the same way those are other folders under SOFTWARE\CUSTOMERFOLDER

-Trying to get Service  (Registry path is different for these below two)

-Trying to Get Environment

Now i removed the ones which I added today and tried running the ones which I got yesterday and seems that threw the same error now. What went wrong i got updated CMDB with lastloggedonuser and now when i run it gives me same error.

Need again guidance on it please.

Thanks

Hi,

Oh remember that thread. So what you have to check is if the pattern is syncronised with MID Server or not.

Also check the logs system logs for details error.

Thanks,
Ashutosh
