Getting error in ServiceNow after provisioning resources in azure cloud

While provisioning Azure resources using Terraform and ServiceNow CPG modules, we encountered an issue. The resources were successfully provisioned in the Azure portal; however, in ServiceNow, we encountered a 401 error.

Sekar, some post-provisioning action has failed, I guess - this would explain why your resources got provisioned but the order shows failure. You can describe what you are trying to do in post-prov esp if any step  you are sharing the creds.

also please share details from capi trails - orchestration.

Ram, our focus has been solely on provisioning resources, and we have not performed any activities beyond that. While the provisioning process was successful, we are unsure why ServiceNow is generating this error. We kindly request your assistance in troubleshooting and resolving this issue.
