Identification Engine: Discovery status is FAILURE, Identification sections in pattern failed: section: Azure Subscription identification, error: Custom operation a6e5288173b363008c51d6dcb7f6a75e was not found. Make sure that the custom operation exists.. .

Have you installed Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns  in your instance?

Resolution

The operation is currently installed as part of the Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns plug-in. To solve this problem, download and install the plugin from ServiceNow Store App.

The error is due to you might have not installed the Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns (sn_itom_pattern) plugin or if it is installed just repair the plugin.
