How IRE engine works during Transform maps

Dear All,

Can anyone explain how IRE works during transform maps or does it not.

we have altiris intigration which populates cmdb tables by transform map and also servicenow discovery

populates it.

So we have lot of duplicates. Does transform map in integrations skip Identification rules?

For step 1 above - i am planning to use JDBC data source type of SQL Server

For step 2 - Which Altiris API document are you referring to (could you paste the link here)? In my case - the Altiris system is on On-Premise and there does not seems to be any REST API endpoint for it to connect to.

correction in my previous comment, i also used JDBC connection.
Here is the screenshot of 1 of the datasources configuration

use sql query to fetch data and next steps are same.

Hope this is helpful. if you have access to the database , then you can create your own sql query to fetch the records
