Hello everyone,
Can anyone please let me know how this field is calculated on alert "sn_priority_group".
The value of this field is further used to calculate Impact and Urgency in the flow.
Any quick help is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Pranita Bahuguni

This looks to me as alert priority grouping. The below article has a good explanation about it.

The priority of each alert is determined using several factors, and alerts are grouped into priority categories (Urgent, High, Moderate, Low) based on their priority score. The system runs scheduled jobs to recalculate the priority scores and reassign alerts to the appropriate priority group. You can refer the above kb to understand more.
