Just want to add that if they already did the remediation and the ticket number is no longer available in the de-duplication task, just go to search function of the servicenow instance, then type the ticket number e.g. DUP00001012, find the record of the windows through notes they click the link and it will redirect you to the record. Now, follow this breadcrumps: right-click on the list header > configure > form builder > add the cost center (if not available in the form). Now according to the task, you have to fill the fields by Company: ACME Australia, Assigned to: Kyle Ferri, Cost Center: Customer Support. Now, just update the record, run the execution for correctness and hit validate. It should be good, if that is the only problem you're experiencing.

From the work notes of ticket
Duplicate CIs deleted:
Total number of duplicate CIs deleted: 1
Windows Server:
acdf75d0e55580107f4486944192a846
click on the server link and undelete it.
Then set the status of the ticket to Open and then update the ticket.
After that you can restart the remediation process as instructed
