You can use IRE engine instead of colease field

The most current Service Graph connector for Microsoft SCCM (3.0.6) uses the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) by default (Service Graph connector for Microsoft SCCM (3.0.6)). IRE should prevent duplicates. Per ServiceNow's documentation:
Data from the SCCM data sources is mapped and transformed into the ServiceNow CMDB Configuration Item (CI) class definitions using the Robust Transform Engine (RTE). Data is inserted into the ServiceNow® CMDB using the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
