how to change the max limit of tag usage?

max entries for a tag created shows 20. how do we change that to more?

You can change the System property "glide.ui.recent_tags":

Go to < your instance >.service-now.com/sys_properties.do?sys_id=37d54e00eb1331001c13abf11206fea3
